Happy Things

Things have not been going my way lately, and it's kind of made me sad. Okay, it's made me a lot sad (grammar nerds, beware!). So, I decided to make a blog post full of nothing but the good stuff to remind myself that it's really not so bad.

First off. I received this super, fun necklace at work.

Cute, right? I love photography, and even get to practice it a little at work. This necklace was just so fitting. I am not lost on the irony that this photo is so not pretty even though I love photography so, so much.

Happy mail! Yep, I'm a sucker for good old snail mail. I received a sweet card in the mail and a package with free stuff. Because really, who doesn't love free stuff?

This could be the happiest cake I've ever baked. I made it into a rainbow for St. Patty's Day! Check Sasquatch Willow for the recipe tomorrow morning. 

Happy music has also carried me through. Between this song and that song, I've kept a happy face. Oh, and this one too.
